Found at the top of economic and strong structures, prefabricated houses are constructed by professional teams and equipment, using the latest technology.
Pre-manufactured pre-fabricated structures are drawn up as projects with 125cm wide and 125cm long layers. Pre-fabricated structures are generated from four different panel modulations. These consist of filled wall panelling, wall panelling with windows, transom wall panelling, and closed wall panelling.

Order of Prefabricated Buildings Set-up
The set-up of prefabricated structures starts with the mounting of rails on previously poured concrete. After the bottom rails have been laid the corner squares are set and the starter corner beams are put into place. Then, just as is shown in the project, the H wall panels are mounted using connecting beams. During the set-up, in order to install the window frames the lower panels and upper panels of the Windows are installed separately. The columns and girder beams are configured easily, without welding thanks to a special apparatus. Once the panelling montage work has been completed omega beams are put in place in order to install the drywall at the top of the panelling. After this, truss beams are installed in turn, as dictated by the project, in previously welded apartuses on H beams in order to construct the roof. Once this mounting has been completed the omega horizontal beams are screwed onto the loadbearing beams in measurements dictated by the project. Then, the edges of the trusses are covered in specially shaped eaves painted with electrostatic paint and facade sheet metal. Once this has been completed, rainwater drainage channels are dug. Once the structural frame has been completed, the indoor electrical works are completed according to the electrical plan by concealed installation within the channels in the walls created in factory. Drinking water and sewer lines are also put in via concealed installed Before the roof under the celing can be applied, dry wall sheets are cut to size and mounted; all space between these sheets and the roof are filled with insulating material.
Once the mounting tasks have been completed the roof is laid with painted sheet metal and gutters, as depicted in the building plans and the structure’s roofing tasks are completed.
Pvc Windows, steel doors and indoor doors are mounted with care.
Insulation is applied to the external and internal joints of the prefabric structure and once these tasks have been completed the structure is painted inside and out.
