Seema (Ranjeeta Kaur) lives a middle-class lifestyle along with her grandmother. She falls in love with a man called Rajesh (Vinod Mehra), whom she believes to be her childhood friend Raju. However, Rajesh's real name is Sanjay and he is a robber by the night. Sanjay meets another robber by the name Rajesh (Mithun Chakraborty), and they both become fast friends. On the day of Sanjay's marriage with Seema, a woman arrives at their house, claims to be Sanjay's wife and stops Sanjay and Seema from getting married. If Sonu really loves Sweety, He should tell Sweety that He is Sonu, not Raju. He should be honest who is he and also honestly that he loves her. I think, sweety can welcome and loving Sonu as natural, even Raju is Sweety's childhood friend (lover). The honestness is very important in one relationship.
