Ustronie Morskie (formerly German Henkenhagen, Ostseebad Henkenhagen, Ustronie Nadmorskie) - a holiday village in Poland, located in the province of Zachodniopomorskie, Kołobrzeg poviat, Ustronie Morskie commune, on the Baltic Sea.
Ustronie Morskie is a popular holiday resort with a summer sea bathing area and a marina, located on the Pomeranian Bay, on the Słowiński Coast, between Kołobrzeg and Koszalin. The village is the seat of the Ustronie Morskie commune.
The village of Ustronie Morskie is located on the Pomeranian Bay, in the western part of the Słowiński Coast. The Red River flows into the sea east of Ustroń. The national road No. 11 runs through the southern part of the village. Chróstowo, Krasnobrzeg and Stęszyce are also integral parts of the village.
In the years 1950-1998, the town administratively belonged to the Koszalin Province. The area of Ustronie Morskie was included in the protected landscape area of Koszaliński Pas Nadmorski.
Access by car from the east through Koszalin along the road to Kołobrzeg, from the west the other way round. There is a Ustronie Morskie railway station in the village on the line from Koszalin to Kołobrzeg.
There is a single-nave neo-Gothic church from the second half of the 19th century in the village. 19th century (the oldest element is the Renaissance bell from 1592), a community center with a community library (the number of volumes exceeds 30,000) and an art gallery, seaside park, post office, fishing harbor, beach, amphitheater, cinema (open in summer) and sport stadium. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes, beer gardens, fish bars.
The buildings of the village are characterized by a multi-road spatial layout in the seaside part, street layout in the remaining part and housing estates

Sianożęty (former German Ziegenberg) - a seaside holiday village in north-western Poland, located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Kołobrzeg County, in the Ustronie Morskie commune, approx. 1 km west of Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is a town with a summer seaside resort, situated on the Pomeranian Bay, on the Słowiński Coast.
The Sianożęty summer bathing area covers 1,400 m of coastline, excluding 2 sections of the local fairway, the so-called "shore", fishing harbor (boats from Sianożęty have the registration of Ustronie Morskie - "USM - [boat number]". In 2012 the bathing beach met the quality requirements for bathing water of the European Union.
Sianożęty has a separate part of the village called Olszyna. The area of Sianożęty was included in the Protected Landscape Area of Koszaliński Pas Nadmorski. In the years 1975-1998, the town administratively belonged to the Koszalin Province.
The German name of the village consisted of two nouns: ziege - "goat" and berg - "mountain". After regaining independence, the name of the village was translated into Polish, translating the German name into Koziagóra, however, already on the administrative and communication map of the Szczecin voivodeship, Kołobrzeg poviat from 1946, the name Sianożęły was visible.
On the other hand, in the list of place names of the Kołobrzeg poviat (probably 1948) - Sianożęty. The name comes from the old Polish word "hay" - "haymaking, mowing grass".
