This rendition of Utahraptor seems like reserved brute, as it's not as zippy as it's smaller cousins prefering to maintain as much energy as possible. Still can't believe this predator is larger than a bear.

Fun fact for casual viewers: Utahraptor is included in the section of carnivores called by me; "small carnivores-large class" and Australovenator and Concavenator also belong here, this section cannot hunt in a pack but can fight individually with "medium carnivores-small class" (Baryonyx, Yutyrannus, Megalosaurus, etc) and also challenge large carnivores medium-large class (like Carnotaurus) and large carnivores (like T-rex) but they simply always die from an attack against the latter. I think Utahraptor's size class deserves to have more hunting animations (like hadrosaurid hunting), but hey, I still like Utahraptor for its new animations and for being the new larger and more accurate real Raptor in JWEvolution 2. Perfect video Cool Dinosaurs! I like that you are uploading videos frequently.

I feel like a dromeosaur pack has to be in the works, with an obvious Cretaceous Herbivore pack being in the works after a carnivore pack. For that, I’d love to see Austroraptor make a fun debut.. repping for the raptors JP ripped off (oops)

The Utah probably has one of the best killing animations for small/mediuem dinos and humans, though will admit seeing it brutally kill the stygimoloch kinda hurt 😭 that's one of my favourite Dinos!

The only thing I dislike about a lot of the new dlc dinos, and even this sequel in general, is the lack of animations for kills. A lot of the new dinos don't have any cool or unique animations for kills on dinos of a similar size, or for getting killed themselves. They just ragdoll. And even in the first game, Trike, Anky and Stego all had actual kill animations against large therapods, not really sure why they removed those in JWE2

@@cartooncat170 I know it costs money but there's a line between cutting corners and being lazy with certain things. Destiny 2 is a pretty good example of excessive reuse of assets. Plus that doesn't explain why they removed animations that were in the first game when JWE2 at launch was basically just a dlc
