teachmegrapplin... This video demonstrates how to use the whizzer to throw your opponent down when he attempts to take you down with an underhook across your waist. Sometimes your opponent comes up in the "dog fight" position from a half guard, now you can knock him back down. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please comment below. i like to do this, but like to force the roll through and back step to base on the other side. find it easier to get out of the half guard that way.

i'm a wrestling coach and would never teach what you're showing at 2:12 - that would never work. When you land, you're parallel to each other, which is easy to roll-through for a counter. maybe it works in judo. not wrestling.
