Do you understand the working of High Court and intervention of Supreme Court??? Every time there is encroachment drive in UP and other states the judiciary comes to the rescue of the illegal inhabitants and provides them with alternate dwelling place and compensation! There should be some legal framework to stop the supreme court's order on compensation for illegal constructions. There should be something that the court cannot force the government to compensate for illegal encroachment.

His main job was first to eradicate crime and get man (UP) on his feet from bed. Tell me is it a easy task ? then he has to get the business in UP. I mean you don't need strict laws. the existing laws are strict but it's High/Supreme court which over turns the decisions and directs the state govt to allocate lands or compensation. Now for that Judiciary reforms needs to be implemented and now tell me who will do it State or Center.

मध्यमवर्ग जो करदाता भी है बहुत हद तक नाराज रहा क्योंकि हरबार दलित/ओबीसी/अन्य पिछडे वर्ग पर कुछ ज्यादा ही केंद्र ने सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई और मुफ्तखोरी मैं मुफ्त खोरी के सख्त खिलाफ हूं सुविधा देने में कुछ दिक्कत नहीं है कम ही सही लेकिन उनसे कुछ तो मूल्य लेना होगा तभी उन्हें सुविधाओं का मूल्य/महत्व पता चलेगा! नहीं तों ये बिना काम किए कष्ट उठाना बंद कर देंगे

Basically it was anti incumbency on Modi govt 10 years of rule. And I think giving a slogan and target to win more than 400 seats of NDA. In my view all things apart this 400 seats target pulled the seats of NDA to approx 293 seats otherwise they would have lost the elections like in 2004. Let BJP introspect the follies one by one and correct it for the future. No need to be disheartened. BJP future is safe.
