Garlic-1 whole bulb peeled
Oil-3tbsp
Mustard & cumin seeds-1tsp
curry leaves

salt to taste
spring onions-1 cup
soaked moong dal-1 cup
STUFFED RIDGE GOURD
Ridge gourd tender-2
Oil-5-6 tbsp
Onion large-1
curry leaves
Chilli-as per spice required
Garlic-1 whole bulb peeled
coriander leaves
grated coconut1/2 cup
salt to taste
tamarind a small piece
coriander powder-2 tbsp
cumin powder-1tbsp
garma masala-1 tbsp
water-2 to 3 cups
SABUDANA PAYASA
Ghee-2tbsp
cashews,raisins
cardamom powder-1 tsp
soaked sabudana-1 huge bowl
water-1 glass
milk-1 glass
sugar-1/2 or 3/4th sugar
kesar few strands
SALAD
babycorn-1 cup
onion-1
sprouts-1 cup
chilli
coriander
coconut-1/2 cup
spring onion leaf-1 cup
salt to taste
MOSARBUTTI/CURD RICE
rice:1 cup
water:3 cups
curd:(2 cups or as required)
milk:1/2 cup
cream:1 tbsp
salt to taste
oil-2tsp
curry leaves
redchilli-2
chopped garlic-1tsp
onion chopped-1
coriander leaves
ghee-1 tbsp
chanadal & urad dal:1 tsp
hing:1/4th tsp
RIDGEGOURD PEEL CHUTNEY:
Oil-2 tsp
chanadal & urad dal:1 tbsp
methi dal-4-5
garlic-8-10
chilli as per spice
curry leaves
ridgegourd peel
coconut grated-1 cup
salt to tatse
hing-1/2tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
tamarind extract -2 tbsp
water-as per thickness required
