3 жыл бұрынYour mileage may vary with the suction cup's ability to adhere, in a car rarely driven they stayed put about a week. Granted the windows were not cleaned well but I suspect that wouldn't change things too dramatically.

Super magnets and small pieces of steel epoxy'd on should hold it firm

so how long does the suction cup hold on before it falls off?

Thanks for reminding me I wanted to add a comment below the video! I stuck it in a car that doesn't really get driven and so likely also builds some heat (though it is shaded for the most part) and about a week later the suction had let go, probably should have cleaned the windows illegitimately more so than wipe them down, might have helped but probably not by a huge amount.

Wouldn't suggest it, the suction cups need improving.

The suction cup still fall over and over again any suggestions?

Mine stayed for a bit then fell, wish it had fallen immediately so I could have mentioned it in the video. Besides cleaning the glass really well there is little that can be done. It might be possible to replace the suction cups or even better to maybe find a way to use 3M Command hooks to have a better adhesion (but still have the option to remove without damage or worry).

I have used glycerin on my dash mount phone holder and it is still sticking.
