Omfg the scream in dub is INSANE I mean you really tell that gyutaro's scream has some huge anger and the feeling of annoyance in it and just wanting to kill uzui and tanjiro and to make sure that they stay dead, while uzui's scream sounds like he wants to kill gyutaro and end the fight as quick as possible before the poison gets to him all the while making sure that inosuke, tanjiro, and zenitsu don't die. Honestly dub takes the dub imo tho sub is good too. Dub in general is really starting to amaze me.

In the sub it sounds like they take a breath after each scream. I the dub it sound like they scream their lungs out of their body as with every second the heat of the battle intensifies. Definitely dub for me

I thought it’d be like a dragonball scream but when I saw it in the anime it didn’t feel like that at all, I can actually feel the screams radiate the thoughts “DIE DIE DIE JUST DIE”

Sub or dub it's fuckin amazing. I prefer dub for this fight due to the voice cracking which to me helps convey that they both are really going at it and trying their hardest to kill the other.

In the English dub after this clash Gyutaro’s voice became more high pitched and shaky. That’s how u know it wasn’t faked

In the dub the screaming just exaggerates the sheer hatred and determination they both have to kill each other, in the original it gives off a similar vibe, but I feel it doesn't have the same desperation in the screams.

I love both of these versions but in all honesty the dub takes the cake. As it feels more real with the cracks. As I've read and know, the louder you scream the higher chance for a voice crack.

He’s hurt, poisoned, and is out of time. He HAS to finish it right here right NOW! SO EPIC!!

I actually like the dub more(which is rare😅). The dub voice-cracks make it feel like an actual struggle. When they take turns in sub, I get *_screaming-contest_* vibes.

Honestly the dub knocks sub out of the water here. The sub screams are good, but the dub VAs absolutely destroyed their throats for that, my god.

I've watched this episode about 50+ times now...this scene, just....I can't even put into words how perfect it is. The Music, the Animation, the **VOICE ACTING**. I know Anime Dubs catch criticism for their voice acting but this, this was special. The voice actor for Tenzen matched the desperation in the scene perfectly, the gravel in the beginning slowly building into a gas-tank emptying scream. The Sub sounds reserved in comparison. It truly feels like if the fight isn't finished within seconds that Tenzen was going to be finished.
