Completely disagree with this guy's opinion. To begin with, if you are renovating your home expecting it to be cheap, then you're wrong, don't renovate. House is an expense not an investment. In Kerala we are running out of space to build. The land costs are so high that you'll spend most of your savings on buying a new plot. So re using your plot is the best saving you do when you renovate. It's the duty of each of us to reduce recycle and reuse. Construction is an industry that uses a lot of natural resources. So always renovate. If you're building a new house, make sure to build with columns and not on load bearing walls, this way your kids can easily renovate your home when they want to.

സർ എന്റെ വീട് 36 വർഷത്തെ പഴക്കം ഉണ്ട് ഓട് വീടാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ ആ ഓടുപുര മാറ്റി ചുവരുടെ മുകളിൽ ഒരു 3 അടി കെട്ടി പൊന്തിച് കോൺഗ്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് ഉണ്ട് പഴയ ചുവരിന്റെ വീതി 15 ഇഞ്ച് ആണ് ബീമില്ലാതെ പണിയാൻ കഴിയുമോ സർ
