I feel like this is the greatest movie of all time because it adequately predicts our future if we, the People, don't stop the political machine, and aqueous to those who already have control.

Unfortunately as You & i are Painfully aware, this will not happen. I have played MR Rockwood for years Only to be Ridiculed & scoffed at by weak azz wusses who will Submit & not resist the reset. V is only a movie & idea that will die with the 🐑 & leftist lemmings in a ditch out behind the chemical shed. Few EvE's shall not submit.

Whenever people ask me why this is my favourite film, there's a whole host of answers. But my main reason is the imagery - all you had there was a man talking, clips, music and dominoes. But it was all so immensely powerful that you were drawn into it...

Anyone who has ever experienced an epiphany of human intuition (which is often flawed but necessary for our exploration of reality) knows the inescapable power of sudden comprehension. This scene is my favourite.

I like how the movie literally spoils V's fate but because it cut between scenes out of order it misdirects the audience perfectly.

I like how the awakening to truth makes him speak quite .. so .. slowly, and with that distant far off stare. Perfect acting, acceptance of the inevitable and awareness that the inevitable is unquatifiable

I always love his description of how everything from history; past, present, and future are connected and how we are trapped in this plane of existence for a time. Truly beautiful and one of the reasons I truly love this movie.

It was the act of blowing up Parliament. Eve puts the domino right above the lever inside the train that delivers the huge bomb. That event was the final domino--the one that decisively ended the whole series of events that started with Suttler's rise to power. V's entire life, essentially, as V.

Notice that all the dominos fell when V pushed the first one. All but the final one. That foreshadowed that V isn’t the one who finishes what he started. It’s Eve who pulls the lever.

Just before his death the chancellor makes a speech on every tv. -he says in it "tonight justice will be swift"..."and without mercy." It foreshadows his death. Sadly on all the YT videos I've seen with the "final fight" Sutler's speech is cut out. A video of his death & the fight with creedy including his final speech would be greatly appreciated!!

Finch was my favorite character as I like how he's obsessed with trying to take down V, but is slowly growing more disillusioned with the state of the government.

I had to watch this again after someone said two dominoes were left standing and it's true! When it stops and the two hit the one, there's another one still standing in the background. Then the shot goes to his mask, but when they return to the floor, only one is still standing.

I don’t think that is Finch in the background. Idk the hair seems too dark and the man looks younger. My guess is that it shows Evey’s life after the explosion of parliament, and the roses that she is tending to symbolize her love for V
