@Meowthnum1 With OilMan, it's smarter to avoid combat. Fighting is lengthy and tedious, so I pretty much said "Eff It" and rushed through stages. Also gonna throw this out there. In the Copy Robot stage, I wasn't able to finish in a single life, so it dropped down to 8.

Well, you could say that Gutsman, Timeman and Elecman somehow have something against Oilman, but rather in the brotherly way, I think XD Oilman is like the easy going typoe of character, who likes to chill and have fun rather than work. The Power Stone is difficult to use, but not more so than the Water Wave or Charge Kick. you just need to be strategic about how it's used. Another mostly useless weapon is Aquaman's Water Balloon.
