People should buy this stabilizer as actual range of 162-300 volt for getting output of 220v. If you are getting voltage ~165 volt in your area then this is good for them. Cutoff voltage will remain 130 volts in lower end & 300 volt on higher end.

I am using vguard vwr 400 ac voltage stabilizer for my 1.5 ton ac... Since very recently I can see the input and output voltage of the stabilizer is coming same. Like both are 242 volts, even when the input voltage come 210 volt output voltage also come 210 volt, I was wondering what is the purpose of using stabilizer when input output both same ? I am concerned about if It goes like that if the life span of my ac would affect badly ? Please reply sir.. hopefully waiting for someone to reply

No problem sir , voltage stabilizer give same voltage, when input voltage between 200v. To 250v.
