Conch resident and now living in Big Pine for the past 8 years, I've fished pretty much all of the keys and I'll tell you, it hasn't been the same for the last 30 plus years, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many people living, visiting and just coming down for the weekends, the majority of key residents are sick and tired of all this crap, the traffic is horrific, and the ocean fishing spots are fished out. way too many boats and people wanting to do the same, the local government gives a crap and the same business owners who live in the keys are putting a rope around their necks, sooner than later, it's all going down hill.
