Sir, I have all these problems except with the comfortable with low mark thing and instead of that my main issue is getting easily distracted and starting to procrastinating. Broo , If you're focusing on that gender dysphoria issue , you can never move on . I never tell you to completely ignore it but it's our time for the future, study and make the best out of what u can do. After exams or when you're free , research on your issue or consult psychology doctors or sexologists, they can help you moreover it's a misconception that it's a disease, it is not actually. Accept who you are and love yourself. Then only we can go further Please keep in mind that if you're thinking about the thing always, things are gonna be even more worse in future, so always make safe marks , so study from now onwards consistently. I know how hard it will be , but only you can help yourself in this matter. It's for you. Hope it helps
