For Stuffing:

Cabbage -1/2 cup
Carrot -1/3 cup
Capsicum -1/3 cup
Spring onion-1/3 cup
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce -1 tsp
Tomato ketchup-1 tsp
Black pepper -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
For spring roll wrap:
All purpose flour -2 tbsp
