The nature of Atman is described.
Isavasyopanishad or simply Isa Upanishad has only 18 mantras through which it presents a complete philosophy of Hindu way of life.
The Upanishads, in short, are the science of freedom through the knowledge of one’s true self. The last sections of each of the four Vedas are known as Upanishad. Since these come at the end of the Vedas, they are known as Vedanta. The term can also be interpreted to mean ‘the essence of the Vedas’. The Vedantins treat the Upanishads in this sense only. According to them, the rituals and other subject matter of the Vedas are the preparatory grounds for the final climb to the spiritual truths as presented in the Upanishads.

Sometimes I think...how these one hour lectures uplift mind... atleast for one hour mind becomes uplifted in household system, rest hours are history 🤭....Now I understand the significance of Monastery system...I just know about RKM, so nothing here to be biased... Monks 👏🏻 of Ramkrishna Mission are “WALKING SCRIPTURES”...so for a Monk- After getting up in morning, first greetings to Walking scriptures, greetings from walking scriptures; Breakfast with walking scriptures, work with walking scriptures, studying scriptures, altercation with walking scriptures( sorry just kidding 🙃), lunch with walking scriptures, Dinner with walking scriptures; kidding with walking scriptures, kidding on scriptures, scriptures in dream ...24 hours amidst scriptures....so I think having desire to achieve quality, genuine ability of being Monk is better than having desire of Ishwar Darshan for households....
