16 സെന്റ് സ്ഥലത്ത് ഞങ്ങൾ 2 വീട് പണിയുകയാണ്. ഒരെണ്ണം 2500, മറ്റേത് 490 squar ഫീറ്റ് ആണ്. എഞ്ചിനീയർ പറയുന്നത് ഇനി ഏരിയ കൂടിയാൽ laxury tax വരും എന്ന് പറയുന്നു. രണ്ടും ഒരുമിച്ചാണോ കൂട്ടുന്നത്. Plz reply

Selecting the plot is very important. 1.plot should be In residential area 2.Availabity of fresh water 3 avoid places which is nearby shops, malls, hospital and other industrial units etc.. 5.Availability of fresh air 6.Avaoid places which is very near to busy roads. 7.prefer fertile land.
