Use solar for all lights and Fans and u can use it for a few plug points as well (do not use iron box in those) Then direct kseb electricity is reqd for only power plugs and one for iron box. Minimize the use of power plugs, we can reduce cost. Always ask for proper bill while u r buying.

When you are going for Electrical wiring and circuit breakers and other meterials it's better to go for standerd products manufactured by standard companies. You can discuss with Electrical Engineers or Technical supervisory staff who are in the construction fields. All materials with ISI marks and standard values like thickness insulation temperature resistance etc.are important. You have touched many things. Still many aspects which is not possible without more discussion. Any way this vedio is giving some clues to the costomers before going for the purchase of Electrical materials. When you are going for circuit breakers make sure that you should select such brand which will trip when a short circuit occur. Like that in all meterials selection with so many parameters.

I have seen the video dealing with the precautions to be taken by those planning to buy built houses or those who plan to build new houses. The over all presentation and the purpose and intention of the posting is good. However it lacks clarity in the audio at many places and needs clarification of the short forms or technical words used in many identical products of the same brand or of different manufacturers.

Problem is most of electrician put high ampere circuit cable together with other cables. Always make seprate conduct pipe for ACs and other high current equipment with class B cables

Few are wrong information, he is saying 3 phase db is required for 3 bed room houses, illogical. Electrical components like mcb, dbs, wires etc are selecting based on total connected load, not as per square feet or room count. You can optimize load within 5000 watts in a 5 bedroom house also If you have a good engineer and proper planning depending on customers requirements. But video is good😊
