Purchasing this mouthpiece toothbrush is a complete waste of your money, your time, effort and not to mention the resources that go into making it.
It is an embarrassment of a product. It does not clean the teeth in any way shape or form.
Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews found on the sales pages, anyone who gets hands on and uses this product will be able to tell within a few seconds that it does not do the job it is designed to do.
So poor is this product, this is the first toothbrush on our site ever to get a 0 star rating.
Stick to a manual or conventional electric toothbrush - your mouth will thank you.
Our testing has been independently confirmed by a clinical trial that also tested this product and considered concluded that use of V-White for plaque removal 'was not significantly different from no brushing'

Electric Teeth, please do you have any advice as to how I can return & get my money refunded back to me. Bought an Electric Toothbrush from a you tube advert 11/07/2020. The make on the white box is : A Y U ™ 45sec toothbrush, 15min whitening. Whitens brushes & massages printed on side of box. Came with a magnetic charging base. Hidden timer, intelligent memory function, hidden brushing mode, ergonomic shape design (all written on side of the box) Ce FDA RoHS Model : AY- 681 Voltage: 5 V Power: 5W Frequency: 48000 rpm/min.max Muth Tray: Food class silicon. Details copied off bottom of the box. I paid £91.00 sterling on my visa debit card I'm not happy with this product as it dosn't do what it says in the advert & I know now I've been coned. I only wish I'd seen your video first before purchasing this item. I have only used the electric toothbrush once as I had to try it out, not sure now where I stand on this? It's true what you said in your video that it takes more time cleaning the gum shield.I rang my bank & they told me the £91.00 had been taken out by PANEOO. SHOP ringing back to ask for form to fill in, not too hopeful on this though!!!! It can't be right that they post items out with no returns address on the box inside or on the padded envelope surely? I've kept everything. Maybe I've been a fool to order off a you tube advert? I know. There's no guarantee inside the box either, Chinese small printed symbols on sticker padded envelope also. This has never happened to me before & I wasn't expecting it either, the instructions were very basic & written in English & Chinese only. Can you advise me on what to do or what to expect as an out come, thank you so much for reading my comment, 🍪pocket England.

You can try contacting the company, but I don't think you will be all that successful. The alternative option would be to speak to your bank/card issuer to see if there is anything they can do to help.

@@ElectricTeeth PANEOO SHOP was the company I ordered my worthless electric toothbrush from off a you tube advert. No returns address on packaging or inside... Cost me £91.00 sterling this included postage. Managed to get an email address off their site, yet no reply to me then or since. My bank told me the money had been taken out before the date I received it & they were very sorry they were unable to help me. Many others who purchased this item from this company have commented the same as myself. This was a hard lesson to learn & I would advise others NOT to buy this A Y U ™ ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH from this company PANEOO SHOP. Many other items on sale mainly electrical etc... read the comments & reviews first if in doubt. Total, total waste of my money, my own fault I know, for being sucked in by their fancy advert. BUYERS BEWARE !!!!! 🍪pocket England.

Electric toothbrush brush brands like oral b and sonic care could make their own model. That should include a brush modes too. 1. Oral b could include an round head of each tooth surface. The round headed for the inner and outer surface of teeth should angle directly on the gum line. Especially a round head for all four last molars. 2. Sonicare can make their own model tool that should include sonicare heads for every tooth surface. Especially a round head for all four last molars.

I think you have give the most accurate explanation of why this does not work. Thank you. I was just on Amazon and saw this and decided to look on KZfaq for a review. I'm glad I did. Maybe in the future it will be improved so that it reaches the back teeth and gums. It is an interesting idea.

I got one diff “brand” same thing dad gave it to me from wish lol but I mostly thought it was for teeth whitening? So if I have it it can’t hurt right? Pretty sure I got this one for prob 10$ doing a little research could not find the same one but I will tell u it’s the exact same one you have in ur hand but blue bottom instead of black...

Ultra brush is selling for $142 and that is supposed to be half price? Lol. I knew it was crap when I didn’t see different size options available. Everyone is different. Especially children with small mouths. I’m thinking about the trays the dentist uses to create night guards for grinding. I use a small. The large is too big. Even dentist have different size mouth pieces. Seriously this brush is supposed to be one size fits all. Not possible!

Hi Electric Teeth, Seeing your video I see this brush is horrible, my question is do we have a product out there that is like this but 100x better and will do the job ? I have a serve injury to my hand and trying to find a solution for a tooth brush. If we don’t what is the next best toothbrush would you recommend for a toothbrush for someone who has a severely injured hand. Thanks

Hi Mary-Anne. Good question and one that I am ultimately on a quest to answer. I have recently received and am testing a product called Y-Brush. This could be the answer, but I don’t want to speak too soon. More testing needed. Watch this space. I will be posting a clear update as soon as is possible. In the meantime, you could look at 30 Second Smile or Triple Bristle. I don’t normally brush every day but when I was brushing and comparing it to my electric toothbrush I found this unit got the best results there was pasty gunk on my teeth after using electric toothbrush after using this one there was no gunk on my teeth I tested several times in my fingernails see if I could scrape off any and see it and I normally would but with this brush not the electric brush that this guy is reviewing but another one similar it was clean so just goes to say to each his own

Since the V-white is a dud, is there any company today that is marketing an effective "mouthpiece toothbrush" ? Are Amabrush or Y-brush readily available to the consumer and are they effective?

There are none that I know of that are currently shipping that are effective. I am waiting for ufunbrush to arrive to test that. Amabrush no longer exist, they went into administration. Y-brush looks like it could be the one, but it will be late 2019 or early 2020 before it starts shipping and we can really test it.

I wish I would have found this video earlier. By now they go by Dentabrush and use facebook ads to get new customers. I fell for it and only got suspicious when it was delivered. :( same packaging just the name on top changed. I gonna repurpose the silicon top and cut it up to use it for cleaning devices with the vibration. Sticking with my old toothbrush I guess

I spent £91.00 sterling on a A Y U ™ from PANEOO. SHOP basic instructions in English & Chinese only, no returns address. Waiting on a form from my bank to see if I can reclaim my money? Not too hopeful though that they can help me. I wish I'd found this video earlier also... :( 🍪pocket England.

Sean. Sorry to read you didn't find this video sooner. I take it you have received them and thought they were not very good, so decided to do some research? What brand did you buy? Was it sold as a different brand, but you received V-White?

@@ElectricTeeth exactly. Thought maybe we were using them wrong, but yeah, even after 2 runs teeth still feel dirty. They actually don't have a brand anywhere on them, but bought from Healsua, so probably cheap Chinese clones. Look and function exactly the same as these ones though.

I spent £91.00 on one its absolute rubbish, no returns address on the box or envelope. Make: AYU ™ PANEOO SHOP. Electric toothbrush 45 sec clean 15 min whitening. Wish I'd watched this video first & done more research into them.... BUYERS BEWARE ITS A SCAM. 🍪 pocket England.

Wishing that I had checked and found your review before buying the product. Concept seems to make sense, but I didn't feel that the mouthpiece made much contact with my teeth or gums, really. I guess if the blue light was ultraviolet light, it might kill some germs (ha!). Pretty lame. I'll just go back to my conventional electric toothbrush.

But isn't it for putting you whitening paste in it and the light uv for whitening not really for cleaning

No it isn't specifically designed for that. Technically you could do this. But the blue light has no whitening effect.

Normal electric or manual toothbrush should be used twice a day to really clean. After every meal at home or outside. However, no one has the time use a normal manual or electric toothbrush when they go out. Therefore, it would be a good idea to use mouthpiece toothbrush only after eating food.

You will need to speak to the company you purchased it from, to see if you can get a refund. It can also be worth speaking to your payment provider. For example, if you used a credit card to buy it, speak to the credit card company, to see what they can do to help.

Merci pour le commentaire. Vous pouvez obtenir des améliorations très marginales avec la technique que vous proposez, mais celle-ci est encore loin de la norme requise. Lors de mes tests, j'ai essayé par tous les moyens d'améliorer le nettoyage fourni, y compris celui que vous mentionnez. Les meilleurs résultats provenaient de mouvements assez agressifs de l'embout buccal que je déplaçais physiquement lorsque le moteur vibrait. Même en adoptant cette approche pendant une minute, l'effet positif était limité. Sur la base de toutes mes tentatives, aucune n'a fourni un nettoyage nettement meilleur et changerait le résultat de cet examen. English: Thanks for the comment. You can get very marginal improvements with the technique you suggest, but this is still far short of the standard needed. During my testing, I tried every possible way I could to improve clean it provided, including the one you mention. The best results came from fairly aggressive movements of the mouthpiece by me psychically moving it as the motor vibrated. Even taking this approach for as much as a minute had limited positive effect. Based on all my attempts, none provided a significantly better clean and would change the outcome of this review.

Biscuit Pocket idk where you got yours but that ridiculous! I got 3 one for me and my bf and one for my son came out to $99 for all three. There was no ups tracking number but I was able to contact them when it took a while for them to get here.

I will be sticking to Amozon in future to order anything I want off the Internet.... 🍪pocket England.

@@kelseymeacham234 The company I ordered my electric toothbrush from was called PANEOO SHOP. Brand Name "A Y U ™ " They sell many different types of electrical items & other goods etc... I managed to get an email address no reply then or since many who have purchased items off PANEOO SHOP have been very dissatisfied in their comments on line. Many also asking why this company is allowed to advertise on you tube in the way they do? They should have their sites closed down, it's misleading & they are conning people out of money especially vunerable people in these uncertain times were living in at present, with fancy video's & adverts etc... 🍪pocket England.

Unfortunately I found this review after I’d bought the toothbrush, I wish I’d researched first. It seemed ok at first, but after a couple of days I could feel the plaque buildup, I’ve wasted 69€ plus 12€ insurance.
