Talagang maganda and reasonable ang price. Very interesting. Kaya lang my concern are the walk-in closets in its proximity sa toilet. If we are doing our business, kahit na meron exhaust fan, ang amoy ay papasok sa walk-in closet and no amount of spray to eliminate the lingering odor ay magiging effective. Pero super mura talaga.

I noticed that when people take videos, it is so cluttered that you cannot see the beauty of the house. The house is nice but all those furniture has to go.

@@colleensantos718 True, the furnitures are old fashioned and too big it occupies space imagine they are also heavy. But the family room upstairs and its furnitures are okay, not the ground floor. The downside of buying a second-hand house or not new is that all the things that the first owner did are things that you can't imagine such as when the owner was drunk he would vomit, spit, or whatever, I could see there are 2 bottle s of Soju, then stock of wines they are fond of drinking, and who knows smoking too. It is still advisable to buy a brand new one.

Yes you're right, because it's so unpleasant to see the house if it's very cluttered lalo na kung binebenta sya. Okay lang if hindi talaga kasama yung mga furnitures sa ibebenta. And kung may malaking budget ka talaga, ikaw na lang magpaparenovate and magbabago ng interior design since may kalumaan na yung mga gamit. Mas makikita mo na yung ganda ng bahay if maayos ang pagkakaayos ng mga gamit. And ang bagay na sa mga ganyang design ng bahay is modern minimalistic ang mga fixtures and furnitures. But it's still depends on the buyer's idea.😊

Kapag binili mo ito ay kailangan marami kang pera or may negosyo or kita kang malaki para pang bayad ng utilities, maintenance, electric and water bills. Dapat may kotse ka tas gagasulinahan mo papuntang city para kapag mamimili ng pagkain ay convenience sa iyo. At siyempre kukuha at babayaran mo ang driver! Huwag na huwag kang kukuha ng palpak na driver kasi baka ibangga ang sasakyan mo at magbabayad ka ng malaki sa aksidente ng sasakyan at siyempre para safe kuha ka na rin ng insurance ng kotse. Of course kukuha ka rin ng maid para may taga paglinis, hardinero, siyempre pa mag aalaga ka ng at least two doberman or malalaking aso para may bantay sa buonng kabahayan kaysa mag bayad ka ng sariling security guard e di aso na lang di ba? Also papakainin mo siyempre ang mga malalaking aso, ipapa vets mo pa sila, grooming, gamot or maintenance ng aso,. Ano pa ba... Pakakainin mo ang mga alipores mong kasama sa bahay, siyempre bibili ka ng magagarang damit tapos maiinggit ang mga kasama mo at magpapabili din sila ng magagarang damit di ba kasi baka mag mukha silang dukha kung nasa magara silang bahay nakatira no? Sa halagang 16M I'm sure di kasama ang mga furnitures at mga appliances na nasa loob ng bahay na ito kanya panigurado ko ay mamimili ka pa rin ng sarili mong kagamitan. Alangan namang may magara kang bahay tapos walang muebles kuwertes e di parang engot ka nun. Lets say you have all the money for these things mentioned above, huwag mong kalimutang itanong kung may mumo ba sa bahay, duwende or kapre sa CR? Ang lugar ba na iyan ay dating cementeryo na napapaligiran ng mga multo? Ang neighbor mo ba sa labas ng subd ay walang squaters? Matitino bang mga neighbors mo na di mo iyan malalaman haggat di ka nakatira diyan sa bahay na iyan siyempre. Honestly yung buong lote at bahay lang sya... At kung may fixture (like ceiling cabinet at mga ilan cabinet sa kitchen plus yung wall display cabinet sample yung sa living area) iyan pwedeng kasama sa inclusion ng 17M... Except sa mga furnitures at appliances na makikita natin... Ceiling fan I don't know kung kasama din sya sa inclusion... Yung mga fixtures kasi pasadya iyan at nakadikit or mounted iyan sa wall . Kung babaklasin iyan pati yung wall may tendency na magkaroon ng bitak at pangit na ng tingnan at siguradong mapapasimangot ang buyer. But It is better to ask pa din rather than to assume before you buy a house especially pag may video syang ganito. Try to check or watch the house hunt or navarealty wherein US location... May mga furnitures and etc na nakalagay but not all of them are included sa package..
