मैं मोटर मेकेनिक हू परन्तु आज तक की यू ट्यूब सर्विस की सबसे शानदार विडियो में से नम्बर एक बोलने में मुझे झिझक नहीं है क्या कमाल का अक्सप्लेन किया अब तो ऐसे लगता है इस काम को मैं भी कर दूंगा इतना विश्वास पैदा कर दिया दुसरा मेरा एक प्रश्न है कि यदि इनबिल्ट मोस्फेट शॉट है तब आऊटपुट पर जुगाड़ बना कर सिर्फ एक मॉस्फेट लगा दे और IC न बदले तो क्या सक्सेस हो जाएगा रिप्लाई प्लीज - धन्यवाद

धन्यवाद दोस्त। आपका प्यार ही मेरी ताक़त है। हौंसला अफ़ज़ाई के लिए बहुत बहुत शुक्रिया। यदि IC का इनबिल्ट मॉस्फेट खराब है तो IC बदलनी ही पड़ेगी क्योंकि बाहर से मॉस्फेट लगते हैं तो उसको ड्राइव सिग्नल देना पड़ेगा और वो सिस्टम IC के अंदर ही है, बाहर किसी पिन पर नही। इसलिए IC के साथ कोई जुगाड़ नही चलेगा।

@@vccground-hindi मैं आपको विशेष तौर पर धन्यवाद देता हूं क्योंकि कि आपके बताने भर से मैंने 3 -4 smps सप्लाई ठीक कर ली जो कभी बहुत बड़ी महाभारत लग रही थी साथ एक तो ट्रांजिस्टर बेस थी जिसमें मैंने D TH सप्लाई से IC निकाल कर IC बेस में कन्वर्ट कर दी सो एक बार फिर आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद गुरु जी भले ही मैं उम्र में 58 का हूं पर सिखाने वाले तो आप ही है

@@RajendraKumar-pm1ps यह जान कर मुझे अति प्रसन्नता हुई कि मेरी बनाई वीडियो देखने भर से आप smps रिपेयर करने में सफल रहे। इसमे ज्ञान के साथ साथ आपकी प्रबल इच्छाशक्ति का भी योगदान है, वरना वही वीडियो कितने और लोगों ने भी देखी हैं, परन्तु अधिकतर ने देखने के बाद उस ज्ञान का प्रयोग आज तक नही किया होगा 🙏

आपके समजाने का तरीका बहुत अच्छा है. दो बार वीडियो देख लेने से सारा परिपथ और फॉल्ट की समज दिमाग़ मे दही की तरह जम जाता है. इसलिए परिपथ मे फॉल्ट ढूढ़ ते वक़्त वीडियो देखकर काम करने की जरूरत नहीं होती. आपके वीडियो देखने का सिलसिला dd फ्री डिश setup box की smps,लोड पर सभी वोल्टेज ड्रॉप करता थी. KZfaq पर कई वीडियो देख ने के बाद भी इसे ठीक नहीं कर शका. आपकी 5 वोल्ट के चार्जर की रिपेयरिंग की वीडियो देखने के बाद इसे ठीक कर शका. मेरी 63साल की आयु मे इतना अच्छा काम आपका ही देखा है. धन्यवाद!

पहली बार V26 को देखा तो थोड़ा थोड़ा PWM समझ में आया। लेकिन 2-3 बार full concentration से देखने पर ये पता चला की PWM को समझने के लिए इससे बढ़कर कोई और video ho ही नही सकता। जिस तरह से Sirji ने समझाया है चेतावनी के साथ ultimate है। मेरा यही section यानी PWM weak lag रहा था अब मैं SMPS circuit के इस section को अच्छी तरह से समझ गया हूं।Hats off to my Guruji❤ आप में सबसे बड़ी बात क्या है Sirji शायद आप भी नही जानते जो की एक महान व्यक्ति का लक्षण है। इतना knowledge होने के बाद भी आप में एक पैसे का अहंकार नही है आप सभी comments वाले को reply करते है। मैने देखा है बहुत से लोग annoyed हो जाते है। आपका knowledge sharing आपको महान बनाता है और आप बहुत आगे जायेंगे ये मेरा विश्वास है। EMI circuit/ PWM / Output/Feedback circuit अब लग रहा है अपना है। मेरा एक request है sirji अगर आपको time allow करता है तो हम जैसे learners के लिए expert ke लिए नही - 2-4 IC based पर output 5V, 9V, 12V के SMPS circuit में live voltage checking thru multimeter जैसे V27 आपने बनाया। इस video से हम सही समझ सकेंगे की multimeter का red & black probe कहां रखना safe होगा। Voltage identification इस इस locations पर based on 230V AC 1. DC capacitor's पर 2. Vcc capacitor पर 3. Snubber capacitor पर 4. Snubber diode पर 5. IC के Source & drain पर 6. Auxiallary points पर और कोई locations जो आपको लगता है हम जैसे learners को जानना चाहिए। ये information हमलोग के लिए एक reference point ban जाएगा और आसानी से SMPS fault को पकड़ सकते है ❤

प्राइमरी तो कॉन्टिनयूटी दिखता ही है, वो ठीक ही होगा। 350v vcc कैपेसिटर पर नही, DC bulk कैपेसिटर पर आ रहे होंगे जो 400v या 450v का कैपेसिटर होगा। अगर इतना आ रहा है तो अब प्राइमरी वाइंडिंग पर स्विचिंग् चैक करो दोस्त ❤️👍

सर आपके विडियो के माध्यम से सारी जानकारी बहूत काम की होती है,आपका दिल से धन्यवाद, मुझे एक समस्या आ रही है,एक 12v smps आया है उसमे aux वाईडीग नही है सिर्फ प्राई० व सैक० ही है,pwn मेंLY3004 ic लगी है सिस्टम मे वोल्ट कम और fluctuate हो रही है,इसमे startup resist भी ड्रेन पिन व प्राई० से 3m की रजी०से vcc दि है।सब सही है,नई ic मिल नही रही,क्या करे? हो सके तो ऐसे smps पर एक विडियो बनाए। धन्यवाद
