Hi Yes just send that green slip with v62 and I would send a coving letter to just what you put here, You could Also, ring the dvla up, and check that it's ok to send an older green slip in, then you will know, there will write the new previous owners saying someone has applied for a logbook anyway mite take awhile but you will get a v5 👍

Hi mate You need to fill in the V62 form first, with all your details and the car details registration number and chassis number Then pop to the post office. You will have to do four separate transactions The personal cheque is £25 or a postal order is an extra £3.50. But this will be times 4. So I would do a personal cheque. It might save you a few quid. The DVLA then will do their cheques to see. to see if the car or cars belong to someone. or it's worst case scenario stolen. I doubt this if you HPI each car you will know that yourself. After about four weeks, you will get a reply. from the DVLA saying you will have a logbook issue for each vehicle and it will be in your name. or they may want to investigate it further. in which case somebody may come out to see the vehicles take pictures of the chassis numbers. and then issue a logbook. Some cases it can drag on but the The V62 form is the best place to start. im going to do a follow up on this a5 next week with v5 info watch out for it👍, the dvla will help you if your stuck im sure
