Another well described video Sir. I was making notes on my printed circuits as you were describing. I never would have understood this circuit without your brilliant teaching. PS, current feedback voltage for say 20A smpsu would be 0.039V (not 0.39V as parallel shunt Rs=0.00195 ohms). FYI, I have a faulty half-bridge smpsu. When I get a moment I will check it out as per your teaching and hopefully will learn more.

Salam Dear Talented brother, i have 3 questions if i may: 1- In the FB section, why having 10K and 220R in the positive side of the voltage divider, why not only 1 resistor ? 2- In the same section, why having in parallel a 33nF capacitor ? 3- most importantly, i do not get what is the output of the 1815 transistors and where do they get it from. Are they transmitting ground or positive voltage ? Many thanks for that excellent course.

1- Because resistors are not available in every required value, hence we use two or more resistors in series or parallel combinations to get that required value. 2- A parallel capacitor is used to avoid sudden change in feedback voltage level. 3- Output of transistors C1815 will be negative as we have connected ground line to the emitter of both transistors through diodes D1 and D2. Hope this clears all your doubts ❤️👍

Adeel Bhai, flyback SMPS ka circuit chota hota hai. Par half bridge me components jyada hone ki wajah se circuit bada ho jata hai, isliye iss baar print kar liya isko ❤️👍

आपका समझाने का अन्दाज बेमिसाल है हर चीज को बारिकी के साथ समझाने की कोशिश एक अलग ही लगाव/ सोच पैदा कर देता है जिसे भावनाओं से ही समझा जा सकता है । ये विषय जटिल (हमारे लिए) होने के कारण कुछ बॉन्सर से चले जाते है इसके लिए वीडियो को कई कई बार देखना पड़ेगा आगे इसी क्रम में R6,R7 और इन्ही के just बगल मे D 1&2 और C7 दिखाये दिये शायद उनका जिक्र नहीं आया। कृपया अगली वीडियो में थोड़ा प्रकाश डालने की महेरबानी करना जी Iमेरी भूल हो तो क्षमा चाहता हूं - धन्यवाद

शुक्रिया सर। जैसा कि आप ने खुद ही कहा कि ये विषय जटिल है, इसी वजह से मैंने इस सीरीज की पहली या दूसरी वीडियो में ही कहा था कि इसमें मैं बहुत गहराई में न जा कर, सिर्फ उतना ही विस्तार से बताऊंगा जितना इस सप्लाई को रिपेयर करने के लिए आपको जानना जरूरी है। उन्ही कंपोनेंट की बात करूंगा जो इसमें अक्सर खराब होते रहते हैं। मेरी कोशिश यही है कि यह विषय जटिल होने के बावजूद जिस तरह आप सब को आसानी से समझ आ पाये, उसी तरीके से ही बताऊं। अगर एक बार आप समझ गये, उसके बाद हम गहराई में भी उतर पाएंगे, वरना किसी को कुछ समझ नही आएगा, सब ऊपर से ही निकल जायेगा 🙄

Sir, mere pass triple output smps h,+12v, -12v, and +5v. output me load lagane par sound aati hai, lekin output fluctuate nahi karti. usme main dc capacitor bhi change kar liya, feedback optocoupler 817 change, output capacitor changed, pwm ic change ea1532 changed. ek ic 3037 or lagi h..wo change nahi ki..... please guide any suggestions.

22:25 sabse pehle to pranam Guruji sir aapne jo yanha samjhaya ki switching kaise ho rahi hain pulse transformer ke driver transistor pe lekin mera ye doubt hain ki Wo transistor ko switch krwane ke liye hamlog negative deke off kyun krte hain pull up configuration mein usko direct on kyun nahi krte pul down configuration mein matlab ki ic ke collector ko positive pe connect kr do and emitter se positive drive le lo aur driver transistor ke base pe de do simple but yanha negative switching ka use kyun kiya gaya hain matlab ki jab ic ke andar ka transistor off hoga to driver transistor on hoga and jab andar ka transistor off rahega to bahar ka transistor on hoga And ek problem aur hain ki jab output mein matlab ki smps main output section mein jab voltage high hoga tab error amplifier on ho jayenge non inverting pin ka voltage jyada ho jaane ke wajah se tab op amp ka output bhi high rahega to us time wo ic ke andar Wale transistor ko off kr denge lekin driver transistor pe to voltage High hi rahega kyunki wo pull up hain to smps ke output section mein tab bhi voltage badh hi rahe honge to ye output ko control kaise kiya

1- IC ke andar NPN transistor Lage hain, aur NPN transistor negative supply ko hi switch karta hai. isaliye bahar Wale transistor ko pull up karke negative signal Diya jata hai. 2- output voltage high hone par jab OpAmp ka output high hoga, to wo transistor ko off nahi karta hai, kewal uski duty cycle ko wahi rok deta hai. Switching band nahi hoti hai dost. Ye baat maine video me bhi already batai Hui hai...😊

@@vccground-hindipranam guruji npn transistor ke collector pe agar positive voltage diya jaye to wo use emitter se out krwa sakta hain bs 0.7 volt ka drop aayega actual voltage se and is chiz ko use krke ham is ic se mini inverter bhi bana sakte Hain kya ye jo abhi Maine bola wo sahi hain sir jiiii agar sahi hain to power supply mein is configuration ka use kyun nahi krte And sir Second wale ke baarein mein jaisa ki aapne video mein hi bataya hain lekin ic apna duty cycle maintain ya constant kaise kr leta hain jabki normal flyback power supply mein agar output mein voltage badhta tha to ic ka pulse low ho jata matlab MOSFET off and jab jab output mein voltage km hone lage to pulse high hone ke wajah se MOSFET on ho jata tha aise krke output mein voltage stable kiya jata tha lekin is smps mein kaise duty cycle constant ho raha hain ek baar agar time mile to kisi video mein explain kr dijiyega sir

No. Transistors and MOSFETs work in a different way. So you can't use MOSFET in a circuit designed for transistor...

Sir please clear my question in the output R17..... 19 the resistance are 1. 2 k in the parallel the resistance to low but why in the out put the volatage are not to decreased or low.

Ye C24 ka fayda thikse samaj mai nhi araha Bhai. Agar ye capacitor hatake direct kar denge to kya hoga?

C24 iss SMPS ka startup capacitor hai jiski wajah se Switch start hoti hai. Agar aap isko hatake direct kar denge to +155v wali line 0V line ke saath direct jud jayegi aur short circuit ho jayega..aur fuse bhi udd jayega dost ...

Sir नमस्कार Mughey yah बताएं कि uc3845 का use kaha-kaha कर सकते है येक smps मे mosfeet skt 0260 है और 6leg वाली driver है जोकि खरब है मै uc3845 का एक driver बनाकर लगाया जैसे ही power सीरीज मे दिया और out पुट पर led connect कर रखा था led glow हुआ पर एक आवाज आया power कनेक्शन हटा ker देखा तो mosfeet, uc3845 और 22 ओम का रजिस्टर जोकि uc3845 के 6 no पिन पर था जल गया. Please जल्द बताएं कि आयशा क्यों हुआ.

UC3845 50% डयूटी साईकल पर काम करती है। आप UC3842 या 3843 लगा कर देखो, जो कि 100% डयूटी साईकल पर चलती है और अधिकतर smps में काम करती है 👍

Sir smps का पहला वाला mosfeet skt 0260 तो खराब होगया है इसलिए इसके जगह पर 4N60 या 5N60 साथ मे driver uc3842 का connect karnay से smps स्टार्ट हो सकता है क्या. प्लीज जल्द reply दीजिए.
