I went to the VA Hospital here in Texas and they told me I had to be 100% before I could get dental. I had a Jaw Operation in service and the VA gave me service connection with 0% compensation so I thought that since I had a dental issue I would qualify, but nope. Thank you for all of your information.

I work at the VA as a disabled veteran, and it's true you must be 100% for dental. I have never understood how a veteran is limited to health care, while welfare recipients are providing better health insurance and care.

Just to give yall a heads up since no one ever mentions it. To use the VA home loan it requires 600+ Credit score. I finally got a good job and tried to apply for it and that is what they told me so I cant until I build back up from mid 500's.

Is a bilateral knee replacement considered to be 1 injury for TDIU (left 10, 30 right 30 = 60%)

My uncle served in the marines they beat him broke his arm and a lot of other terrible things happened to him which made him go awol he is now unable to walk he shakes and he is mentally unstable. They were giving him money every month due to the way they treated him and how the abused him. But we found out recently he had a court marshal and now they want to take his benefits away is there anything we can do about this?

You have to call them , they will ask questions,,then request your file ,,then it goes in front of a committee to see if they will take your case. We are with them.

You must be discharged at Honorable in order to qualify for any educational benefits, period.

try to get to 100% sleep apnea is 50% and still unchanged look up the criteria before your want to claim the disability so your know what they are looking for good luck
