Vacation 2023, Day 18! Thisis our last full day of Disney Magic for this trip! We head to Animal Kingdom park! We start the day off watching It's Tough to be A Bug Show in the tree of life before heading over to Dinosaur. Both rides had just been announced that they were getting rethemed so we were so happy to get to experience them in their original forms before that happened. We ride Expedition Everest in the very front row for the first time ever and it was so scary in the front but so cool at the same time! We watch the Festival of the Lion King show to get a nice air conditioning break from the heat. We grab a character dining at Tusker House for lunch and it was amazing! All of the characters were great and we LOVED the food. We are quickly discovering how fun the character dining locations are! We have a fun little photo shoot in Avatar after lunch and ride our lighting lane for flight of passage! Afterwards we head back to our resort for a much needed relax and refresh. We decide to just spend the evening at our resort and grab some beignets for dinner at Port Orleans French Quarter!
