Russia's President decides to go on a vacation to the south of Russia. So his appearance was changed with special effects make-up. But the unlucky artist has taken an image from the first available magazine cover and now the President looks exactly like the narcissistic marginal Valera, who is hiding from the bank collectors. Ironically, the vigilant officers from Federal Guard Service have taken on to escort the wrong object - and so, while the current head of state plunges into the normal travel routine, being accompanied by his fellow traveler Zina, Valera eagerly uses the presidential service, while simultaneously voicing his opinions on foreign and domestic policy.
