I dont think It would be a mess if you both vlog on the same day, your perspective of vloging is different than ali. You are a bit more different in terms of how n what you are going to show. N ali has a different points to demonstrate in different timings. So its alright in vloging on the same day. Just try to record parts which ali havent n that ll be fine❤ there is always one person at the back of camera n the other one in front. So it doesnt n shouldnt matter.
