Great info! I suffer from tinnitus and have been denied for sleep apnea since it’s not service connected but I had it while I was in but just took the sleep study back in July and I have OSA

It’s just a mess trying to service connect anything especially being out for a long time. I’ve been denied a few times and it just gets old.

Never give up I stopped July of 2014 and I only had 10% I started back in 2020 now I'm at 90% they turned me down for sleep apnea so now I filled a new claim for a increase that should put me at 100%. It's your move.😮

Thanks for the videos man. I currently have 10% for tinnitus and 10% for ankle pain/limited mobility from a fracture while deployed. How do i articulate that my documented and approved tinnitus conditiom leads to my frequent headaches which detracts from quality of life, including being limited in my ability to play with my 2 young kids as much as i would without the headaches that keep me sidelined? I have no medical documentation or treatment for chronic headaches i just treat them the old Army medical way, 800mg ibuprofen and drink water. Ive been out a few years if that makes any difference. Thanks!

Please get out of army mode and get into civilian mode. I had to do it myself. I am documented for chronic headaches, connected to tinnitus. You deserve this.

@warkeys9147 I guess I'll start with my primary care physician at my next physical in April and ask him to document complaint of frequent headaches and then go with a nexus letter and then submit for a new secondary claim of headaches caused by tinnitus.

When the change goes into effect, the tinnitus alone MUST BE accompanied with hearing loss. ONE of those has no test, it's purely subjective - think about it.
