My 6579-2 burmed out yesterday for some reason I was vacuuming with it and my hl burned out. 2 minutes later smoke came out of the post motor filter and souded so bad and burned out. I still have it though.

Great video!! When you restore your machines, do you try to make them all original?! I try to keep my vacuums with the attachments that originally came with them! Sometimes it's hard to restore machines with their original parts!

Generally I usually only replace a part if it’s unusable. Attachments I don’t replace unless I keep the machine
