Just fire shoots and force guiding them right at their heads of incoming patrol group, special forces soldiers who are force attuned & believe in skill of the kill. A blaster over a light saber is a odd logic but I am not messing around with anyone of the Grey Pallidin's.

One member of the gray paladins was Laranth Tarak, a female Tw'ilek who tried to survive Order 66 along her chiodhood friend/lover Jax Pavan. Sadly, she died just two years after Episode III while facing Vader, in the 2013 novel "The Last Jedi"

@marcusg8419 Thanks, I think you understood what I was getting at. Not to denigrate soldiers, but there aren't many honorable martial skills. I just heard that trope one too many times and reacted to it. Despite the stereotype, Startubers can be exceptionally uncritical. "I am an honorable warrior. That is why I choose to butcher you with this exceptionally long knife." Lol, we honor warriors because they face down that BS, not because they commit that BS.

In old lore, there were a number of Jedi that didnt need Lightsabers that Sith made sure never to engage in Lightsaber battle because they knew it was a death sentence. Those Jedi had their quirks, but their number one skill was Force Absorption. to face them with a lightsaber meant you had your sword caught in one hand, drained of all its power in just seconds which in turn supercharged the Jedi and were usually just crushed to a literal mush in a heart beat.

Ive heard of THE GREY PALADINS before and i must say, they have been left as a foot note in galactic history even by grey jedi and other force sensitive light side amd dark side orders that were not jedi or sith.. The reason why was because they were not recognized nor acknowledged by all the other orders because of thier ideology.. Many thought of them as a wast of the force and ungrateful beings who didnt deserve to be force sensitive. Even non-force sensitive beings thought they were wasting their potential by not using the force and i agree.. Beside not every military had thier same sense of honor in battle so their reputation in war fare was not known by all..
