I love the way Maria Khoreva uses her head, neck, back and arms. It's so beautiful. She also has legs to die for but the way she uses her upper body is incredible.

I always wonder, who are these people who put "dislike" to these dedicated, extraordinary talented teachers and students :)))))))))) Is it those who were expelled for academic failure? Or those who do not know how to teach ballet? Who are there failed people?

wow that's some adagio! I doubt I could remember one that long let alone do it. I can't even imagine a rond de jambe en releve in the center. 😧 they have been such beautiful control and extension all the way through their fingertips.

Me too, but we weren't at the audition, we don't know why. She was hired by Estonian ballet, but was there for only one year. Nobody knows where she is now.

I posted the link to the explanation on melmoth blog as a reply, but I think it didn't get posted as I don't see my message in the "incognito" window. Maybe YT thought it was a spam. In a nutshell, it says: the channel was shutdown for copyright violations due to multiple complaints from the Vaganova academy. "The exam videos are private events not public performance, it's their property and cannot be released without their consent, they can only be released if the teacher in charge of the class wants it to go public e.g. Tsiskaridze released footage of his exams. The team behind Ballet Flowers tried to negotiate with the academy, but since the channel is still closed, we can assume it didn't work. I found this entry by searching for "what happened with ballet flowers", it came out as the first link. You can also search for "Ballet Flowers KZfaq Channel Shut Down".
