Chocolate Peda
INGREDIENTS:
Milk - 1 lit.
Milk khoya (grated) - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Milk powder - ½ cup
Chocolate powder - ½ cup
DIRECTIONS:
Heat a kadai, add some milk, milk khoya cook it make like a paste. Then add sugar keep mixing continuously.
At last, add milk powder cook it some time, keep mixing continuously, transfer half into a bowl.
Add Cocoa powder mix it nicely, transfer into a bowl.
Make likes strips as shown video. Roll them over & cut into the small pieces make dumplings.
