Amazing, trust this would be around mid 2010s ? I mean around 15-17ish by any chance do you have a capture of trijets landing in Mumbai ( I belive Lufth / DHL Cargo still fly MD 11s to Mumbai )

Like I mentioned at the start of this video, these were shot in 2018. And yes I have captured trijets landing / taking off at Mumbai, check my Mega Compilations playlist). These days only FedEx operates their MD-11s to Mumbai, rest all gone.

@@Vaibhav_Shah possible , but somehow I feel it will take time for Mumbai to catch up with Delhi’s 4 runway capacity. Even after NMIA starts next year we will only have 2 runways for MMR , basically there are hardly any spare capacity / slots available.

I feel, there is a lot of room for expansion. And regarding slots, we can manage them better too. Mumbai will never compete with Delhi, but it can handle a lot more traffic than it does already.

@@Vaibhav_Shah my point being Mumbai at one of point was the hub of Air India and was 1st in India in terms of international arrivals and departures now Bangalore with 2 runways is competing with Mumbai for the second spot in India :) , needless to say Mumbai has declined from it’s heydays and this has happened due to lack of infra investment and foresight .So yes we can never compete with Delhi as they are way ahead and will go more ahead with the Noida airport while we are still trying to extract maximum from our single runway operations which may led to higher traffic but lesser passengers served and lesser direct international connectivity:)

Hey, The Flight SQ423 is now operated by A380 ❤ but it is an overnight flight Singapore Airlines has launched one more flight that is SQ421 which is operated by A350 but it is a Morning Flight, wanted to share the info
