The Hon'ble judge is very impatient and not able to give a patient hearing. At first it appears the lawyer is wrong. But his arguments and the Supreme Court citation proves he has a point. Judges too have to be respectful and maintain the dignity of the lawyers, and not jump to conclusions.

जनता अपनी न्यायालयों में जज और अधिवक्ता के बीच वर्चस्व नहीं बल्कि न्याय प्रक्रिया में बराबरी का दर्जा देखना चाहती है . कहा भी जाता है कि - बार और बैंच के बीच चोली दामन का साथ होता है .

At least let him explain, it seems as if judge has already made up his mind, the task of an advocate is to persuade and help the court to reach in to a conclusion but without giving a fair chance to advocate to express the matter before the court, how could a judge reach to a conclusion, and in that case what will be the degree of efficacy and pureness of justice. Advocacy is the basic foundation of justice system which gives right to the accused as well as appellant to express his view upon the concerned matter.

कैसा पागल वकील है जब मिलाद कह रहे हैं कि काट के लाइन लिखी गई है किसी के दशरथ नहीं है उसे बात का वह जवाब नहीं दे रहा है और कह रहा है कि हमारी आप सुन नहीं रहे हैं 0 यह लोग कैसे वकील बन जाते हैं कौन सी कॉलेज में कहां पढ़ कर वकील बनते हैं इनको मुद्दा ही दिखाई नहीं देता है फालतू की बातकरते हैं

@@rajenderkumargangwarPappu पप्पू जी गांव में इसी तरह जब डॉक्यूमेंट टाइप करवाया जाता है तो डिटेल के बारे में सब सही पता ना होने पर जगह छोड़ दी जाती है बाद में लिखने के लिए अगर नहीं पता तो क्यूं पप्पू की तरह कुछ भी बोल देते हो

@@SixhawkSix लगता है तुम्हे समझ नहीं आया वर्ना इस तरह बात ही काटने वाला जज जो पहले से ही किसी विशेष फैसले को निर्धारित कर चुका हो और उसके आगे सुनने के लिए तैयार ही ना हो तो यह सीधे सीधे न्याय की हत्या है
