shes still weak tho.. i main valentina and her time to kill really sucks so i usually only copy a healer/setter ult to be a wannabe roam and actually provide for the team (her heal from vengeance is cool tho

Since Hororo talked about Revamped Phoveus, I want to share his combo. I've been playing a lot of Revamped Phoveus lately, and I'm slowly figuring out his combo. Combo: 2 > 1 > ULT > BA > 1 > ULT > ULT. First start the combo with Skill 2. *Don't use Ultimate so early, use Skill 1 to slow the enemy first,* then Ultimate. After that, use Enhanced Basic Attack to knock back the enemy. *Don't rush to use Ultimate, use Skill 1 first. The purpose of doing this is because Skill 1 has foreswing time.* Then use Ultimate again. *At this time, the foreswing time of Skill 1 is over, and the enemy is dragged, and you can use your Ultimate again.*

@@ZayiksSeeThingHate I'm still using 40% CDR build with Warrior/Tough Boots + Dominance Ice. Btw, you asked about Arcane Boots + Revamped Phoveus before and here's my answer: I think Arcane Boots are not suitable for him since his Physical Damage is higher. Unless they make an Adaptive Attack Boots or something.

the BA wont work except the enemy use dash and you have to hit the enemy to get ult again

@@ban_droid That's why start combo with Skill 2. Your displacement skills can activate Passive too. And for lucky one, I don't really have that problem. I always use my Skill 1 to slow them, 99% Slow is strong but brief, but that's enough for me to destroy my enemy.

Than she be menace like her first release until her second years it is annoying to see her in ban section but it more annoying if enemy get her... She is more stabile now but still abit weak because ult cd nerf ... man that one nuts... Just let be glad her second skill dash not turn into baby dash it will kill her in to more bottom than the abyss....

Let's be honest, Phoveus rework was hyped too much and it fell off real hard. I suggested this adjustment to the devs: - Passive: Higher CD and lower movement speed but can be lowered with enemy blink, dashes and them being displaced - 1st: bring back the shield but on a lower amount - Ult: less hp regen and hp based damage but bring back the range and the anti dash mechanic
