There are 3 levels of carvings:
Beginners Level - you will learn how to apply quick and simple design to the different fruit and vegetable.
Intermediate Level - you will progress onto more detailed carving design for larger display
Advanced Level - How to carve Rose flower and more flowers. After you master all these flowers - you can apply to larger Fruit and Vegetable such as Watermelon and Pumpkins.

You can buy it on eBay - it calls a bird's beak fruit carving knife thailand, kom kom. They sell in a set of three yellow handle knives. all the best :)

I peeled the watermelon with a paring knife / kitchen knife leaving a thin layer of white flesh through which you can see the pink. Please keep watching I will upload a video how to do this - "carving tips / Techniques" Thank you very much :)

Carved watermelon can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. You will need to cover it with a damp cloth. All the best :)

the exact-o knife - the blade seems to be quite short, but you can try. you also could try to carve with a small kitchen knife. thank you, all the best :)

i used a small kitchen knife to peel and shape it. i do not use the vegetable or watermelon peeler, it will make a mark on the watermelon or it might peel too deep. thanks :)
