I love this channel. You are maybe the first chef I'm not intimidated by. Most shows I watch looks good but I know that it's too difficult for me. You have the most basic looking upscale meals that I can make myself. Always the heavy cream and cherry tomatoes. I was just about to make the one you did with chicken. Can't wait to try it all
