I'm brought to tears as I lost my mom in June last year and it was all in two weeks. She was told she had cancer and they would operate a week later. Night after surgery she started to decline. The next day they said you're dieing. We got her home on Thursday night and early Monday morning she went home to heaven. So hearing about your mother-in-law broke my heart. My mom was kooky loved to dress up even if we sometimes thought it was over the top. Sound like the moms would have been good friends.

I think you are one of the most talented diyer out of here. You don't copy and your stuff is always super creative and original! Rip to your beautiful mother in laws.

So did anyone else notice that while Katia talking about her mother in-law , left screen, in the upper staircase there is light and shadow changes. It probably an editing fluke, or hubby/curtains changing the lighting. It just caught my attention.
