Naalala ko yung mga vlogs ni Ms. Anna before na magccrave tayo lahat na nanonood ng Mcdo just cause on how frequent they order a take out from Mcdo, and now I’m also leaning towards a healtier lifestyle as well. Nakakapagod naman talaga ang mag travel lalo na sa Abroad tapos not all the time ay on time ang boarding dagdag pagod din yun ang paghihintay ng ilang oras tapos uwing uwi kana..traveling also may cons lalo kung as in grabe ka mag eroplano in a month natatagtag ang Brain natin which yan nangyari kay Ave na travel vlogger..maganda lang pag di mo ginawang lifestyle

Grabe the quality is very nostalgic! I really missed watching beauty vlogs. I used to lean towards lifestyle vlogs but this makes me go back to my first love which is makeup! Super agree to the life lessons. I can super relate most especially to the stress. I'm now in the process of letting go of the things I can't control as it won't change by overthinking it. A perfect way to start the new week. 🤍

Same tayo sa diet sissy. Hindi din ako ganun ka hirap kase hindi ko minamadali nag start ako mag diet JUNE until now i loss 11kgs in 8months . Slowly but surely nmn sinasamahan ko din ng exercise 1hr 4x a week ligth exercise lang papawis lang ganun hehe.. tas portion control lang sa food nkakain ko pdin lahat ng gusto ko kainin na eenjoy ko tlga ng di ko naiiisip na diet ako. Hanggang sa nka sanayan ko na nadi na ko ganun ka lakas kumain. ❤ Discipline tlga is the key sa diet.
