Also! For that rich beautiful burgundy color using gel colors I would recommend using Watkins red and and pink to get that desired color you are wanting. If the flavor starts getting bitter I mix up my colors in a piping bag and let it sit for a 3-6 hours. That will help your color develop and intensify!
