The Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2018 Collection by Pierpaolo Piccioli contemplates day time with chinos and trench ensembles, made of pieces assembled during immediate and solemn dressings. A personal and perceived Haute Couture, intimately presented, made of bows and of glamour with a vibrant color palette. Gowns are made of refined materials such as taffetas and moiré, lace, intarsia and are embellished with Alessandro Gaggio’s unique jewellery designs.

Gorgeous! I love how he balanced the feminity of the peplums and pleating by oversizing their proportions, making them more architectural than prim and bourgeois. I loved how he put the slits in the sides of the jackets so the girls could put their in hands in the pockets so the fabric could sit flat, such a pragmatic and modern touch. Bravo.

Watching these Valentino Haute Couture shows again giving me the much needed inspiration for styling. I got stuck for quite some time and this was what i needed ● no trends but timeless ●timeless yet so fresh 5y, 6y, .. ago as its still feels fresh today ● and always, seriously ALWAYS a huge inspiration for colorcombos grazie mille Valentino team

I like the neutrals with a brighter color accent . Very effective. The pastels against a bright color too is quite nice.the black and white gowns are soft yet still dramatic.

The ostrich feather hats that trailed feathers in the back seemed very futuristic, like strange ethereal jellyfish floating on the women's heads. Total contrast to the rigid, heavy, earth-bound draping in the beginning.

best designer out there RIGHT NOW!!!! Hand's down.. If I was a very very very rich woman all my money would be at Valentino. Favorite House. He shines now that MGC is out of the picture...She has RUINED DIOR. He should have gone to Dior...Now everyone is regretting taking the WRONG ONE TO DIOR! This man is a MAESTRO! Favorite a favorite!

beautiful collection from the beginning to the end. valentino in pierre paolo's hand really shines up, no more those tulle fullskirt with bodice... no more repetitive design. now, we're know who's the talented one right ;)

This fuc*ing music again!!!!!! This feels like a nightmare or a bad joke, i truly cant believe how people at Valentino dont realize this visual pieces are important for their brand and this same music CANT be used millions of times. Senseless.
