Valeria Calagua Mendoza, teacher at the Escuela de Educación Superior Pedagógica Pública Monterrico in Metropolitan Lima, shares her reflections on the challenges and opportunities related to climate change education. In this interview, Valeria expresses her enthusiasm for the new educational proposals that allow going beyond the simple understanding of climate change as a global problem. She emphasizes the importance of understanding the deep scientific causes of these phenomena to incite meaningful and sustainable citizen actions.
