I listened to this version of the Amy Winehouse song before I heard the original version. In my opinion, this young lady gave the song its true justice. I dont like the original version as much as the way it's done here. Besides her strong and beautiful voice I can also grasp the emotion that that original artist was trying to get out. Great job and thanks for giving it to the world!!!!! Keep going!

Aldrine you also have a magnificent talent and inspire me so much with your strumming and playing ability. This much talent in one video is amazing. In this take of "Valerie," Aldrine is being his usual superb soulful self, but what I really dig are the fill-in lead lines Karlie plays. Her use of "double stops" is outstanding. I love double stops and make use of them at every opportunity when playing my guitar. Go Karlie go!!! Thanks Aldrine/Ukulele Underground for posting this.

You two do a really great job with this song which I always loved by Amy Winehouse. I play it on guitar but I'd like to pick up a ukulele and if I do I'm going to use this to learn the chords etc. The singing by Karlie is excellent.
