I'm not a frequent cryer, but i do love a good car scream. Find a nice country road to drive on, where you aren't going to scare anyone, and no kids in the car, and just scream. It's really cathartic, and i usually laugh afterwards because it does feel kinda silly, but it feels great, the perfect release. Also, try not to scream so hard you lose your voice. 🚗🤕🤣🥰

I agree with what valerie said about the zoom dating thing, obviously back in ye olden days (msn) it was a great way of getting to know someone. Spent months talking to a guy when i was 18 and it was great, no pressure, no money spent on a date that would be awkward and shy, when we finally met we fell in love and got engaged. Never lasted LOL but it was fun while it lasted.

I always did like Valerie, but several online things, if she doesn't agree with someone, or if something doesn't go her way, whatever.....shes so loose with the "F" bomb, it really made me loose respect for her as a person and mother. That is in several things, is only word she really used. She smart snd talented, but at times a totally different person! Her vocabulary of the English language at times is limited, definitely not a role model, the mouth is us not very pretty, not a lady, and certainly someone I'd be very uncomfortable around, every every few words was F word. Lost all respect for her, a co worker said because if this , will not buy her cookbook, 13 of us very disappointed. When she's on national television here, she knows she cannot swear, so she seems sweet and innocent....but once the cameras turned off, we are wondering how different it can be. Her everyday language its not for any of us or for our children to overhear.
