RIP. I loved her work. Rhoda is my most favorite character of all time. I was seven years old when Rhoda’s wedding was aired, I remember asking my mom to let me stay up to watch it. We lost a good one but so blessed to have been entertained by her.

The week after 9/11/2001, she continued performances starring in "The Allergist's Wife" on Broadway. I waited with others by the stage door. She was very generous and spoke to us as we huddled together. She spoke with wisdom and concern about development aid and hopes for peace. That was a profound moment she shared in public that was important in my life. She had been special to me before that, as my whole family would sit together to view her and Mary Tyler Moore, and then her and Ida (Nancy Walker) and Brenda (Julie Kavner). She delivered!!!

I had a crush on her and I was a little kid! Anyway, I thought she was so cool and she gave us such wonderful gifts. My dad was a huge Mary Tyler Moore fan so I would watch reruns sometimes with him. Anyway, she will not be forgotten. man, what a smile!

I always remember Phyllis introducing her daughter and her little boyfriend to Mary and Rhoda: "They're not children, they're little people" Rhoda answers: "Phyllis, I would like to meet your little people, why don't you just slide them under the door!" One of the best ever written sitcoms. RIP Ms. Harper~
