Just don't use the bottom bunk. If you die you will respawn and get stuck in the bed with no way of getting out. A little annoying I must say

This!, as if it wasn't enough to get stuck those enemy raids started at the same time, my friends were at the other side of the planet hunting serpents as a result our base got obliterated by trolls and i had to hear my friends complain for days about it lol, not his video fault btw, did it before watching it

Just what I was looking for. Decorations like the basket are worth 100 dragon heads when it comes to making your base look alive.

This video made me realize that you could use the sign as a baseboard/trim feature even.

Definitely the thing I'm taking away from this, I'd only ever used signs as literal signs. Not anymore! Also, using the standing torches set below as special effects on the dragon nests is quietly genius.

Nice, I love your creativity with this game. Especially the fruit baskets. And the use of item stands to cover edge transitions, that is very smart.

800 ish days in-game. cleared all bosses on three characters and messed around on a couple more, and i did not even know there was a wright trophy...

Won't be as big a flame, but you can put surtling trophies in the rock around the dragon egg to make permanent fire that does not need resin, wood, or coal.

It's often easiest to use the basic walls and half walls to arrange the spacing of snap points before replacing them with the decorative piece you actually wanted.

For the Dragon Nest: You can actually use the tips of the roof pieces to simulate branches for a bird's nest. All you need is the short vertical poles aligned in a circle, you place the rooves and cover the wooden part with a small floor tile so that only the tips stick out.

At least I can save materials on the her chair and bed. Cause it's just me :,D On another note if you use wooden posts you can position the small floor in the wall a little bit allowing you to create the perfect shelf design.

I think I’m still in the “Minecraft dirt house” stage of Valheim. Good detail. One nitpick with the dragon egg nest, drake nests are freezing cold and you’ve set your egg on fire!

This whole video is about how to do things differently than by default. There is nothing to say how you can use resources in this game when building, no need to follow 'Lore' or be limited by intellect when setting your imagination free to build whatever you want.

Love the ideas. You should check out snap points made easy mod. It's so helpful with building. Combine it with precise rotation mod and let your creativity soar!

Dragon egg is super cool, but I worry about having to refuel the torches with resin if you're playing vanilla w/o mods

how did you get the present boxes, the tree, the pumpkin and that pole thing (3 things in your bottom furniture row and the last 3 in the row above it) ? i want those. :)
