I think the Carpace and Eitr Armor may currently only be able to reach level 2 in the game, not level 4. So here are the Level 2 stats: Carpace Helmet - Armor 34 Carpace Breastplatet - Armor 34 Carpace Greaves - Armor 34 Feather Cape - Armor 2 TOTAL ARMOR: 104 Eitr-Weave Hood - Armor 18 Eitr-Weave Robe - Armor 18 Eitr-Weave Trousers - Armor 18 Feather Cape - Armor 2 TOTAL ARMOR: 56 Apologies for the error guys

What sucks is Padded provides 100. Not sure what the devs were thinking, but the new armor outright sucks and is really useless as it doesn't really offer any new protection.

I'm honestly worried that power creep will eat this game whole. We need some horizontal progression in the later updates and low-tier versions of the two-handed sword, dual daggers, and crossbows.

100%. I was waiting to start new playthrough running as a two-handed sword wielding viking, and now it comes out just to be one specific endgame weapon... Every old weapon type has tiers, why not the new weapon types?!

Block force is a distance of an enemy got knockback when you parried, block armor on other hand is the amount you're able to block before the dmg eats your health instead. Notice that you only block around 7 dmg and tank the rest of dmg from draugr

Parry multiplier will just take that few armor and apply it towards the parry, so you'd do 2x whatever the low, low block is meaning you're parrying like 12 damage and taking a TON. Don't rely on a lantern to parry a Lox or something lol.

There is one Eitr food you haven't mentioned and its the best one. It's called Seeker aspic, it gives you 85 Eitr, 28 Health and 14 Stamina. The recipe is 2 Seeker meat, 2 Magecap and 2 Royal Jelly. Great content tho, keep it up man

Notes for mistwalker, it also clears mist when held or on your back, and upgrading it doesnt increase its slash, but its frost, and adds spirit damage

The mistwalker sword also clears out some of the mist from the Mistlands Biome. It's a really cool addition! Keep up the wonderful work Kysen!

The pile bombs seems more powerful in your demo, because you cast them on stone, wich take fire damage. Stone is not effected by poison, so the ooze bombs did zero damage :) I love the spear and Mistwalker sword - cant wait to try them out.

Great content as usual sir, thank you! I have only just got to the mistlands for the 1st time so this is most useful. Just one note, recipes seem to unlock when you have “touched” all of the materials that are their constituent parts, not just one ingredient.

the ballista turrets will shoot at you Unless you give them a specific target and you select the Target by equipping a trophy and activating it on your quick bar while looking at the turret

Regarding the Lantern, can you hold that one and the hammer at the same time? We all know how it is when building during the night on a server where you rarely get to sleep. The ballista issue could perhaps be fixed with a friendly fire setting?

I think "Dverger" means "Dwarf". Sounds like "dwerg", the Dutch word for "dwarf". "Carapace" is pronounced as "Cerapayce". A carapace is an insect's exoskeleton. It's armour.

Dvergr is dwarf in old Norse, today its Dverg in Norwegian or Dvergur in Icelandic, has change one letter over a millennia in both languages :p

Great vid mate! The Bile Bomb does fire damage as well as poison damage, thats what makes it different to the ooze bomb, and way more damage ofc!

It looks like the new armor is so good and stealthy that even the second "A" was hidden. I think you may have tricked yourself up by typing "Carpace" on your sign while the armor itself is "Carapace". Like the term given to the shell/armor of an insect.

I don't think the standard carapace shield is a tower shield because it has a parry bonus so it should be incomparable to the black metal tower shield.

I really hope the devs change the ballistas to only target enemies and not players. My wife only likes to build and craft in the safety of my base, so id love to build a bunch of ballistas to help her if a raid happens, currently she just panics and logs off or my base gets destroyed if I am not there to help.

Crafted black marble forge and rune table. Dead Raiser is not showing up to craft. What is the ID to spawn it? Cant find any info anywhere about it.

Didn't really do an apples to apples comparison of the shields, as you went cross category. Black Metal didn't have a buckler and it doesn't look like Carapace has a tower shield. So the proper analogue would have been comparing black metal shield to carapace shield, and no comparison really with the tower shield or the buckler.

I'm a bit confused; I cannot seem to get my T6 weapons/armor beyond +2. I've crafted the Forge and Table and the single upgrade modules, but the game says I need (3) to go beyond +2 and there doesn't appear to be a way to get the new crafting stations beyond level 2. Am I missing something? @Kysen

Hy, about that ballista i think i read that you must put a trophy of enemy in the ballista and then it will only target that trophy enemy

The ballista targeting you seems fine. I do however think you should be able to craft a circlet or some other head armor that would make you invisible to the ballista. I do think the damage should be higher though. Its a giant bow and it seems you can do the same or more with your handheld bow.

@@TheRealCake it seems to react to movement. If you are in front of it how can it determine friend from foe? This is where the second part of what I said comes in. There should be a way to stop this from happening. Typically in survival games you are faced with a problem and you have a means to craft a solution. Thats what I meant by "its fine", more so meant "its fine if this..."Hope that clarifies.

Ещё бы бонусы от апргейда брони исправили. Так чтобы она равнялась не первому уровню след тира, а например серединому уровню. А то ресурсов тратишь много, а получаешь параметры начальной брони след тира. Ну и с луком что-то сделать надо. По сути самый первый лук убивает всех.

Why did you compare Buckler to Shield and Shield to Tower Shield? Why not Shield to Shield for a comparison that actually lines up, and then note that there is no longer a buckler, and there is now again a tower shield?

The D in _"Dvergr"_ is silent, and it stands for *_"Dwarf"_* in Icelandic. Also, I find the word choice for Mana a bit weird here. since _"Eitr"_ in Icelandic is *_"Poison."_*

Im couries what elemental and blood magic do when you lvl it up? Will it increase damage or you will need less either/life to cast a spell? It looks like Magic will be great if you will play with a party members and you can actually act as a mage for the team. I would love to see healing staff in the future, that will take your own helf to heal your ally

I believe it improves damage and reduces eitr cost. Also, upgrading the dead raiser increases the number of minions you can control. I believe level 2 is the max upgrade for now allowing you to have 2 skellets. Higher blood magic skill improves the skellet damage.

Ballista should be manned weapons, the manual reload is clunky especially with automatic firing, guess they are more mob defence associated? If you are on a PvP world, they would help deter raiders, but 1 shot fire and forget if you are AFK is a bit weak.

hi, there is a mistake in your explanation: "Block armor" is the amount which you get to your defense by blocking with! "Block force" is the amount by which you push someone back! SO the Dvergr lantern is not "really" meant for blocking!! - that's why you received 30-40 damage every time you blocked the Draugr with your lantern!!

14:50 Heh. The name is pronounced more like "Oh-keh". To a Swede like me, the name is actually kind of funny. It's a run-of-the-mill Swedish name, if perhaps slightly old-fashioned. To put it in context, I suppose it's like naming it "Edgar", to an Englishman. It's just the complete lack of drama in the name that's so brilliant. 😀

Watched the Video because of the Balista! Balista felt short! Do it shoot at tamed animals? Why does it shoot at you? Does it damage your structures? Turn radius?....many unanswered questions.

The balista shooting at you makes them kinda useless cause you cant just keep them always loaded, and if something attacks your base youre way better off just killing them rather than running to your balistas loading them and standing behind them, or trying to get behind the mobs so the balista hits them and not you. If they only targetted enemies you could have them loaded at all times, or when stuff attacked your base just run load them and then start fighting. I honestly think theyre useless, i placed some just to see how they work but theyre not worth the materials.
