Great vid, good to get a refresher on her lore for my current Valkia campaign. Got halfway though and realised I had already watched this, but still good for the second time!

I read Valkia the Bloody and it's so good. I REALLY hope they add her as a Legendary Lord for Warhammer 3.

If she won't be able to fly she should run up to enemy lines with 35 speed. but her charge should give her 120 speed, break the frontline, loop vertically in the air, and land in the middle of the enemy unit. Yes it would be very overpowered but it would be thematic

Don't forget that the beast men are the children of slaanesh. They should get a lot of love out of the 3rd game.

Valkia should definitely be a flying entity, and act as a flying monster killer.... a way for chaos to finally counter those OP ass flying enemies.... even fell bats can give a massive advantage to enemies, with your lack of true ranged units, or cheap flyers. Besides, that is exactly how she is used when summoned by Archaeon anyhow, spearing the heart of the dragon which plummeted to the earth. its perfect. maybe she isnt quite as strong on the ground... but a great way to assassinate star dragons or Balthasar, or force them to land. which brings me to part 2... You should have a toggle button to "land" on the ground, which switches to a "take flight" when landed. This would help a lot with the poor communication between our commands, the animation, and AI to decipher it all. maybe your "land" ability can actually select a specific location, damaging units at chosen location... maybe you can only land/take flight when out of combat, and damage on landing requires a skill point...

I loved reading the Siege of Naggaroth book, with Valkia, especially when she duels Kouran Darkhand, and I agree, there should be a Khorne faction with both chaos warrior and demon units as well as heroes and lords aligned to Khorne and the same for Nurgel, Slanneesh ect, as well as a demon united faction the same as chaos undevided that we already have, I would also like them to add in the Lore of Nurgle ect so we have the chaos lores, and I remember that Khorne doesnt have one, but there was a rule that if a mage miscasts there was a chance of a giant bronze skull hitting them from the sky, or at least I saw it during a game I watched so you could have that in place of a lore of Khorne..........and as always, Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Throne!

I read the black library book about her; she's my favourite character in warhammer. One awesome way to do her in WH3 could be if shes in human form to begin with and then at level 20 you can put a point or do a quest to ascend her demonhood, thus turning her into a flying unit from that point. I just hope to the blood god they give us more leveling points because I get sick of running out on some characters and having them half finished :( This means I basically never go past that +10% campaign movement skill on the bottom line. Loving these lore vids you've really outdone yourself mate!

After Warhammer III releases this year, we need a DLC featuring Valkia the Bloody, Daemon Queen of Khorne! Can't wait for Skarbrand, The Exiled One playthrough! Blood for the Blood God, Skulls for The Skull Throne!

There is a older khorne lord from 3rd edition who is also cool as he rides a giant flesh hound, Arbaal the undefeated. Although I do agree Valkia is a total boss and would love to see her for sure :)

Im in this for Khorne actually. My favorite themed army from TT hands down. I am REALLY hoping they do Arbaal the Undefeated. Yeah, he was lame on TT (because of his weird rules) but in TWW he would work out incredibly well imo. He has an amazing model, unique mount, awesome lore...And would make for an amazing mortal lord of Khorne opposite the Daemon princes and Daemons, especially since the actual Khorne mortal character, Wulfrik , was given to Norsca. Arbaal is even mentioned in some of the loading fluff, so here's hoping.....

i think you should have an option to fly or be on the ground in battle, like artilery for the elves can with their shots

hope they make a buttom for most flying units to land and take fligth, like the mount and dismount buttom in other total war games

it would be cool to give her some mobility, perhaps in a wind like spell that move her in a bloody dash across a unit. flying is awesome but also makes you a pincushion

If they cant fix her flying just a simple leap animation with a knock back when she charges in so maybe she jumps and glides into them gaining speed for like 10 meters or something

I think she'll have the ability to fly as an assault Marine does. Jump in jump out bonuses for jumping in quotations flying close quotations.

A character i would love to see in total war. Malekith as an Aelf was terrifying, imagine what he can do now as malerion . . .

Im very interested to see how CA handles the 4 factions of Chaos. All I want for Khorne, putting Valkia aside, is there to be a army-wide buff like Murderous Prowess that pops for the Warriors of Khorne, where instead of a visual queue like the purple aura, the warriors will all shout "Blood for the Blood God, etc." I just want that cinematic roar of the Khorne warriors knee deep in carnage! Think of the replays!

I would say any Khorne faction would probably have a lot of cross-influencing with Norsca, and that Valkia should probably get a relations buff with Norscan factions.

I've been a sub since the whole TW shenanigans started rumouring and my brain just derped this for the first time: "Does Indy really sign out every time? Why? Does he mean KZfaq? We could see Chaos divided as a DLC with Demons being one of the the base factions in 3. Also I always found it funny that Valkia was way hotter than any of Slaanesh's minions.

playing Valkia and hearing this Lore and your asumptions, I'm quite happy that Valkia is flying ^^ However I'm sad that she's with the Warriors of Chaos instead of Khorne : /

Who would be more likely to be added in? Skarbrand or Ka'banda? Apparently Ka'banda was the strongest Bloodthirster in Warhammer Fantasy, but less popular.

I think we will see a deamon and warrior Undivided faction archaon and Be’lakor leading their respective faction and then their will be armies for each god Valkia and Gutrot Spaume for example

Game 2 as a lot of my least liked factions in the setting and I'm already kinda bored with it. But Game 3... Oooooh boy, I can't fucking wait! Nice video too, I really want to see how they'll put flight (if they do) in the game. Maybe like a leap ability? Dealing damages on landing and allowing her to escape from a fight and reposition easily. That would be a good way of getting the mobility of flight without the goofyness of the animations in my opinion. Also, could you do Festus next? I'd love a bit of talk about Papa Nurgle, he's the best and you can't deny it.

Thank you for making this video and explaining some things. I just came to this after reading people on a stream saying she is not a Deamon. I got so upset. I tried to convince them but they forced me from the chat! At the end of the day, Khorne is my favorite Chaos faction.

Khorne's gift to her is an Eternal Red Rage from the Blood that Flows....;)

Maybe just flying for her basic movement and charging, but once she enters combat, she stays on the ground until she disengages.

As long as you get the choice of picking one of the most favored champions/leaders of the four ruinous powers and that you'll be 110% devoted with special unites, rules/game mechanics for that specific Chaos God. As for the Chaos Undivided and Daemons of Chaos "Undivided" I would love if CA made that a thing, you hit the nail right on with your point Indy, making all of the chaos forces unite under one banner. I would however add more flavor to Archaon in that he is the Everchosen and should be able to gain all of the blessings and unites from all four ruinous powers, however it should be a game mechanic whereas you fight/gain favor but it should not be for the blessing of one god but all four whenever you play as Archaon. But CA will have to divide the forces of chaos either way yet i hope they do it more justice in regards of the Undivided faction. Sigvald the Magnificent should get back to his rightful faction as the chosen Chaos champion of the Slaanesh faction and more Legendary Lords of Chaos Undivided should take his place, like Vardek Crom, the Conqueror and so forth.

i hope they give each god their own faction and Archeon has to conquer all of them to ear their respective gods blessing and once he beats them all he gets the chaos undivided blessing and then has to destroy all other factions

hm not fly with this big wings?..What if she can teleport to the next bloodshed? Divorces her way of speaking through reality to the next battle. Cuts a wound through which she can jump to the next fight. Blood for the blood god, skull, for the skull throne.

about 10:00 Khorne would probably be more like Tir, representing bravery, warfare, skill in combat and such... Odin is more like tzeench (And khorne aswell cuz he is a war god, but Tir is THE war god). because he is primarily the god of knowledge and wisdom (Aswell as music, art and MAGIC) this comes from a dane, who really enjoys reading about the Aesir and Vanir :) But if you can prove me wrong and teach me more that i dont know, that is great!
