@@mem1001953 If you want to redistribute out of poverty, it will never happened every attempt to do so in last century have fail, yes you can run welfare schemes but if that takes the main stage instead of growth then that country is doomed example India before 1990, Argentina, Venezuela and now defunct Soviet union.
